Hi, I’m Dr. Taylor Cox, a Doctor of Chiropractic, the owner here at HTC, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Choosing someone to care for your health, your pregnancy, your baby, or your family is a big decision. I don’t take that trust lightly.

At Hometown Chiropractic, my goal is simple: to create a place where you feel seen, heard, safe, and genuinely cared for. I want to know your story, understand what matters to you, and help you feel confident about the care you and your family receive.

That commitment to our community is something I’m incredibly proud of. Hometown Chiropractic has been voted Best Chiropractor in Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina in 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026. To me, that recognition is about so much more than an award. It represents the families who have trusted us, the relationships we have built, and the opportunity to care for people in the community I’m proud to call home.

I am Webster Certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and Pediatric Certified through The Pediatric Experience, and I am currently working toward my Diplomate through the ICPA. I am also a Level 1 LATCH assessment and tongue-tie provider, with additional training and certifications in cranial-sacral work and bodywork.

This additional training is especially meaningful to me because caring for families means caring for people through all kinds of seasons, from pregnancy and infancy to childhood and beyond.

I was born right here in Raleigh, went on to graduate from UNC Charlotte and Life University, and had the opportunity to care for people across the United States and internationally in Haiti and El Salvador. But coming home and serving the families in this town is where my heart is.
